About CMMA–ISA Medical Clinic
CMMA–ISA Medical Clinic is a free community health center located at 1000 N. Rohlwing Road, Addison, IL 60101.
Our mission is to provide free medical services to underserved communities while ensuring that every individual has access to high-quality medical care, regardless of financial status or religious belief.
CMMA–ISA Medical Clinic was established in August 2024 by a group of community physicians and aspiring healthcare professionals who recognized the need for accessible medical services within the local community. What began as a shared commitment to service has grown into a collaborative effort supported by dedicated healthcare professionals, students, volunteers, and community members.
The clinic operates in collaboration with ISA Masjid and the Chicago Muslim Medical Alliance (CMMA), bringing together medical expertise, community resources, and a shared dedication to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families in need.
